The 2018 Sale Show schedule is available here!

You can view the complete schedule which includes all Classes, or if more convenient, go directly to the schedule that best suits your interest.

Check the closing dates for entries for your chosen Class, since there are some differences. Please allow plenty of time if you are mailing your entries in order to avoid disappointment.

Please note:

A major change this year is that the Showjumping program will be held on 20th and 21st of October at the Sale Showgrounds. The Arena schedule below includes the Showjumping schedule, but please note that Showjumping events can only be entered though the website at www.globalentriesonline.com.au Bookings for yards and stables for the Showjumping events will also be done through this website.
Entries will be open from 1st-8th October. For further details, contact Susan McKay on 0448 161 600.

Other Arena entries may be done online via the Nominate portal as has been the case for the last few years. Our listing at www.nominate.com.au for non-Showjumping Arena entries is now open. All stable and yard bookings for the weekend of the 2nd-4th November are also done online via the Nominate portal.

Exciting news for most other classes! The Shentry online entry system for the 2018 Sale Show is now live. This system is an option for most non-arena classes for the first time.

To browse our schedule on Shentry, use the Google Chrome browser and go to https://saleshow.shentry.net.au

You can also register there and start entries when you are ready.

We have considered the needs of schools and other groups that will have bulk entries for a larger number of people. We have emailed schools directly to provide instructions for School/Group registration and entry form completion. If you belong to a group/school that has not been contacted directly by us and is interested in this option, please contact us on booking@saleshow.com.au for more information.

Paper entries will still be accepted for all classes except Showjumping, but take note of closing dates, because for many classes the paper entries close earlier than the online entries.

The only Classes that will not be able to be entered online are:

  • The National Great Carrot Cake contest,
  • the Pet Parade and
  • the Tiny Tots & Junior Quests competitions

Please note that Sale Show is unable to accept entries for the VAS Knitting Competition this year because the requirements were changed after our schedule was printed. We apologize for any disappointment and expect to include this competition again in 2019.

NEW: Note additional qualifying classes for the Australian Welsh & Part Welsh Ridden Championship

Please note that Sale Show is unable to accept entries for the VAS Knitting Competition this year because the requirements were changed after our schedule was printed. We apologize for any disappointment and expect to include this competition again in 2019.
